KANEKO電磁閥是利用電磁原理來(lái)控制閥門(mén)開(kāi)閉的控制流體的閥門(mén),通過(guò)線(xiàn)圈通電產(chǎn)生的磁力控制閥芯的工作,從而實(shí)現流體的開(kāi)閉與換向。電磁閥通常由測量部分和信號轉換部分,一個(gè)張力計和一個(gè)固定點(diǎn)組成測量部分。當張力計受到外力會(huì )發(fā)生形變,而固定點(diǎn)不會(huì )發(fā)生形變,于是信號轉換部分就把張力計的形變轉換為電學(xué)信號,更方便進(jìn)行觀(guān)察和控制。所以電磁閥是控制流體氣體的自動(dòng)化基礎元件,也深受各種行業(yè)的喜愛(ài)。

另外電磁閥也分有直動(dòng)式與先導式,直動(dòng)活塞式等等,因此,電磁閥一般用于水、油、等液體、空氣、氣體等氣體的直接控制,所以使用的流體壓力一般較低,大多數液體產(chǎn)品的壓力在1.5MPa以下,氣體在0.99MPa以下使用。但是,在本公司,根據流體的種類(lèi),口徑等,也有能開(kāi)閉10MPa以上的壓力的電磁閥的制作實(shí)績(jì)。
閥工作原理:雙向硬密封旋球閥的最主要功能是既能在正向壓力時(shí)密封良好,在反向壓力或反向壓力大于正向壓力時(shí)也能密封良好。當正向壓力作用時(shí),介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)閥板向前移動(dòng),閥桿變形,閥板密封面緊貼閥座密封面傳遞壓力,將閥座推向閥體臺階,使之密封良好。當反向壓力作用時(shí),介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)閥板向后移動(dòng),閥桿變形,介質(zhì)壓力同時(shí)推動(dòng)閥座向后移動(dòng),閥座密封面緊貼閥板密封面傳遞壓力,使之密封良好。
